Tiziano provided a map detailing recommended walking routes and local restaurant suggestions. He assisted us with our luggage, a great help after a long travel day. The room featured beautiful decorations, clean surfaces, and charming details. He ensured we had excellent recommendations for local restaurants and sights.

The stairs to reach the room were somewhat steep, which might be challenging with mobility issues.

The staff provided a map with walking routes and personal recommendations. It was acceptable.

I didn't like the steep stone stairs to reach the lobby. They were frightening. carrying luggage up those stairs was not fun at all.
